ReCo Cashiering
ReCo Cashiering is a comprehensive cashiering system for managing all aspects of revenue collection for local governments. This can be installed as a “free-standing” cashiering system and it can also be installed as a totally integrated component of a larger information system such as Tyler/CLT’s “IAS”
Check Processing
ReCo Scan provides total data and image management for those who have a requirement to store such. Our check scanning module captures the usual data items for bank processing and it will also capture the payer name and address. When utilizing the ReCo Cashiering System, you begin imaging your checks at their earliest point of presentment. The scanned data is stored in a database that is easily accessible through powerful retrieval, sorting and reporting tools as needed for review and/or analysis.
Financial Interfaces
Given the decades ReCo has been a leader in what we offer, we have completed several integrations with financial systems municipalities use. Some systems are real time while others are a different type of interface. There is no system too big or too small for ReCo to interface with all based on the overall project scope. Custom software packages can be developed when required. They will be designed, tested, and installed by our staff. Appropriate documentation and training will be included with any custom software project.
